It has always been part of the dream to have an actual storefront. Having been in business for less than a year, I never imagined that just in time for the Holidays, I would actually see that dream come to life!
In August we took part in the Old Settler's Days celebration in Clyde Park, MT and had overwhelming success & support. Though I was new to the area, the community was incredibly welcoming & supportive, and I quickly started to feel like I was finally at home again. That same weekend, the opportunity to open a store was presented, and it was too good to pass up!
We quickly got to work planning, visualizing, & building. Nearly every single piece of display setup was handcrafted & made from materials literally sourced from fields in the very countryside I now call home. Reclaimed lumber, tin, old farming equipment, all decades old. They are part of the fabric & story of the people in this community, and I wanted that to be a part of my next chapter. Old meets new. Rust made beautiful. Discarded brought back to life. Just like my story. Just like Sagebrush's story.
We officially opened for business on my brother’s birthday, Friday, November 3, 2023. There is so much more to come. We are just getting started & we can't wait to see you all along the journey!
If you find yourself near Livingston, make the short trip North on Highway 89 to 508 Miles, next to 2 Doors Down in Clyde Park. Grab a coffee & a snack and pop in next door and see us!
We are gearing up for Christmas, but this is only the beginning. I am forever grateful to the many new friends we're making. My story is living proof that though life doesn't always go as planned, sometimes things happen the way they are meant to in order to give you things you never thought possible. Work hard, stay humble & kind, and never give up on your dreams. Wishing you all a blessed holiday season!
